This week the installation commander, Brig. Gen. Scott Cain, 96th Test Wing commander, talks about the gradual decrease of COVID-19 cases on-base and in the community, the need to remain vigilant against the pandemic, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)'s new mask wear policy and expresses his appreciation to everyone for their help in complying with the Secretary of Defense's guidance and for continuing to practice health protection measures.
