A Tale of Two Surrenders

Watch the Wheel of Fortune turn full circle as a triumphant General Yamashita arrogantly demands the unconditional surrender of British forces in Singapore in 1942, while across the table sits an uncomfortable looking General Percival. Three years later, it's General Yamashita's turn to surrender, while General Percival, recently released from captivity in Manchuria, is there on the Allied side. Yamashita is then shown on trial for his life, regarding atrocities committed in the Philippines by forces under his command.
