25th Infantry Division conducted a Squad Leader Forum on Schofield Barracks, HI, Jan. 25 through Feb. 9, 2021 at Sgt. Smith Theatre. Squad leaders self identified how to take better care of their Soldiers, operationalize "People First" and "This Is My Squad". Sgt.
