Old man fighter

A bicycle rider bought an electrical device from one of the vendors in this open-air market and returned two weeks later to return it, claiming it was not working.  The seller has not agreed to return the device.  Then the bike rider stole his sunglasses from the seller and did not agree to return them despite an attempt to persuade him from the sellers.  The old man punched him, and the tragedy was that he lost consciousness and nearly died.
