Beacon Trailer Fire Hudson Baylar 2/10/21

On Wednesday February 10, 2021 at 8:26 pm the Beacon Fire Department responded to Hudson Baylor on Fishkill Av for an unknown type Fire with explosions, Fishkill responded with their FAST. Firefighters arrived to find a trailer full of recycled materials attached to a conveyor system. A second alarm was requested.

Firefighters quickly stopped extension in to building and had the fire knocked down but continued hitting pockets of fire for a couple hours.

Beacon was assisted at the scene by the Castle Point fire department, Mobile Life ambulance, the Dutchess County Fire Investigation team and the city of Beacon Police. The Glenham & Rombout fire departments provided station coverage.
