What was President Reagan said, "Trust and Verify"
The short is ...Yes overall. Based on a couple of stories by the New York Times it would seem that New York state may be fiddling with their numbers.
The other example is Sweden. Sweden only records numbers for Tuesday - Friday. As a result, Saturday - Monday's numbers are added onto Tuesday which results in the plots be skewed. But the total weekly number are correct.
