Info from Licensor: "Paul "Coot" Williams is a retired firefighter of 29 years, a father of two, an entrepreneur, and an avid outdoorsman. Coot wants to promote ice safety and educate that there is no "safe ice," unless it's in your glass and this video is proof of that!
