Tzatziki, A Great All Purpose Sauce and Dip

Such a great sauce for just about everything from a sandwich to beef, chicken, fish or vegetables. A nice combination of yogurt and sour cream with some fresh dill makes for a refreshing and flavorful condiment. Best part, it keeps for up to a month in the refrigerator! I like to use the Greek style yogurt as it is drained really well so it stays nice and thick.
Try it on a salad too!
