How Information can control people

Those who control the information control the people.
How do you know what you know?
And how do you know if it is true?

Information does not equal ‘facts’ or ‘truth’. Information means your mind is in formation. You’re supposed to form your own opinion or idea, think for yourself, critically, play with it in your mind, reflect on it, turn it over, bounce it off other ideas or your values. How does it feel? What does it mean? Then bounce it off other peoples ideas and opinions, listen, have conversations, learn with an open mind, always assuming someone knows something you don’t know yet.

There isn’t much that we can call Absolute Truth. What is irrefutable? Gravity? Mathematics?
God?

Most of the time we are dealing with Relative Truth: a perspective, facts to the best of our knowledge with what we know now, an agreement or consensus, or a narrative.

It is crucial for us human beings to never confuse a relative truth with an absolute truth. Confusing the two has the potential to cause havoc, confusion, polarity, crisis, war, fights, division, hatred etc. When we call others are enemy because they hold a different truth, we fuel conflicts.
