After some interesting comments and tweets from L. Lin Wood, some have requested that he be removed from his case due to his recent and questionable behavior.

In response, Lin Wood has filed a pro hac vice affidavit claiming that he can say things that are political hyperbolic because of free speech and his commentary falls within the purview of constitutional protections.
