25th Infantry Division conducted its first Squad Leader Forum on Schofield Barracks, Hi, Jan. 25 through Feb. 9, 2021 at Sgt. Smith Theater. The 25th Inf. Div. Squad Leader Forum aims to provide feedback and discussion, as well as assist squad leaders from across the division with additional knowledge, skills, tools and resources to help them care for Soldiers, build cohesive teams and operationalize "People First" and "This is my Squad".
