Welcome to another episode of Collision Course!

S4 Ep2 is One Man and the Space Race. James "Jim" LeBlanc has had more than his share of wonderful career experiences during his career at NASA. His time at NASA was well spent and that time was right in the middle of America's race to space.

He speaks about how a college graduate chooses NASA over two other career paths and comes to Houston to begin building his name directing tests, training to become a test subject, and eventually being a part of the great team that helps to bring home the Apollo 13 astronauts safely. We want everyone to see how important these events were and how it was men and women like Jim who came together to solve mans' greatest problems of the time and technology.
