Take a look at major sport leagues. These athletes practice again and again and again for long hours every single day. Every day!

We all have obstacles to overcome. Instead of calling these failures as failures, call them obstacles. This new perspective helps us to not shut down our potential before we even start.

You will fall. It is inevitable. This is how we become stronger. You get back up and you reach the next level in a better place than before.

Use the fear of not achieving as motivation. The difference between a successful person and a person who does not succeed is that the successful person sees failures as obstacles and uses them to become better.

Use meditation to breathe in motivation and breathe out fear. Practice positive affirmations to remind yourself of the good within you and the good in the world. You can transform your fear and turn your day into a success. It starts within you. Have a great day!
