Failure is not procrastination. It is operating without the primary goals outlined. If you fail you want to know you failed strategically. That you did your homework and if you are going to fail you did the best work possible to avoid these pitfalls. In everyday activities, a fear of failure is motivating. Anticipating a negative evaluation or judgment from yourself or others—like the thought of being embarrassed which is a derivative of shame—can focus attention on accurately and efficiently completing whatever it is you need to get done. The most important reason to fear failure is not because of others but because of your own self-esteem. You are a gifted individual. You are deserving of a strong sense of self and you obtain this thru accomplishment.

Learn how to embrace failure, how to prepare for failure and how to move thru the goals in life that get you to your end game.
