The Phoenix Police Department are under investigation for sharing challenge coins that look like a Neo- Nazi symbol.

The coin was created and passed around the Phoenix Police Department after police shot a rioter in the groin. The coin was created to “celebrate” and make fun of the harm caused to the protestor by the police officers.
