Chicken Marsala - An Italian Classic

Simple & Satisfying. Chicken Marsala is an old favorite of mine. Easy to make, can be done in advance and so many people like it. Very few ingredients, however, make sure the ones you use, ie: The Marsala, is a good one. Drinkable for sure. Served with Polenta on a cold day is some really good comfort food! The Brand of Marsala I like to use is Lombardo. (not because it's my family name!) But, because it's good, Dry for Chicken or Veal Marsala, and Sweet for Zablione! Buon Appetit!
