With excellent performances by AOC (“A Brush With Almost, Maybe Near Death”) and Raskin (“Using Children as a Shield and for Dramatic Impression”) to compete against, Cicilline takes the center ring to deliver his act (“What the Founders Maybe, Possibly Said But Who Cares?”) under the Big Dome.
