One Of Our Deleted Albums Series

Folk singer Oscar Brand (1920-2016) released a series of Bawdy Songs albums in the 1940's and 1950's. This one, Bawdy Songs And Backroom Ballads, Volume 4, was originally released in 1951 on the Audio Fidelity label, catalogue number AFLP-1847.

The entire series has been unavailable for decades except as second hand LPs.

The audio here was taken from a 1950's or early 1960's Canadian pressing (on the Phonodisc label) of the original vinyl LP.
