Affligem Abbey is a Benedictine monastery in the municipality of Affligem, Belgium, 19 kilometres (12 miles) to the north-west of Brussels.
The abbey has a rich history and is of great cultural importance in de region.
The church is open daily and Gregorian vespers are sung on Saturdays at 18:00. In addition, the abbey acquired culinary fame through its tasty abbey cheese and its delicious abbey beer.
