COM-12 Michael Younger lecture 1992. Q similarities.

The silent war has been going on for decades. Michael Younger claims to be a representative from a special operations group called COM-12, This group was connected to the Office of Naval Intelligence.
What Michael says here in this edited video (and in the full lecture) has strikingly similarities with Q and what Q says about military intelligence.

COM-12 is reputedly trying to sustain a rearguard action to sustain and preserve constitutional government and is deliberately LEAKING INFORMATION damaging to the former group."
