Channel Scan President Bill CB radio FCC Weather Radio alert function

Many option tutorials have been posted by YouTubers and such, but most of them leave out how to set the Channel Scan feature. And, this instruction is not well described in the user's manual. I hope this helps.

I also included how to set the Alert function for the weather radio on this CB.
