After Zevi's death in 1676, his Kabbalist successor, Jacob Frank, expanded upon this occult philosophy. 41 years later, in 1717, they would infiltrate Masonry guilds & establish Freemasonry.

Frank had a huge impact on the inner core of Freemasonry known as the Illuminati, formed in 1776.
