Notre Dame needs just one voice in the QB room

Brian Kelly likes to be very involved with the quarterbacks, but that has been an issue for the Irish offense over the years. Improvement on offense requires Kelly to back up and allow OC Tommy Rees to be the lone voice in the ear of the quarterbacks.
