Being 67 and a practitioner of the martial arts for over 57 years I've had my fair share of aches and pains. Hating pain pills of any kind, I started doing extensive research on YouTube along with reading several oriental medical books, to find a natural pain remedy. Well, I stumbled upon a homemade garlic and ginger recipe that solved my knee, elbow, finger, and shoulder pain. The only thing though, it took over 18 minutes of boiling the mixture in a pot which I had to clean afterwards. My JKD Nature wouldn't allow me to be so inefficient, so, I tried using the microwave instead and after several trial runs I found that two and a half ( 2 & 1/2 ) minutes was the ideal setting yielding the same results.
