A Tallahassee, Florida doctor with dual citizenship in Ghana, Moses deGraft-Johnson, stole $29 million dollars from hundreds of patients by performing unnecessary surgeries or claiming to do so. He bought so much stuff with the stolen money, even the government is struggling to take it all from him. It is a huge mess with this massive crime, and it weakens people's trust in medicine, along with stealing people's money. Of course, the feds stole far more, but per capita, this guy was able to take more. I don't have respect for crime, but I have respect for some criminals when they are remarkably successful.
