South Dakota Makes Moves To Stop The Biden Executive Order/Action Signing Spree

19 Full Days in office has produced a cool 52 Executive Orders from Emperor/President Joe Biden. Far and away a record, they range in scope from the Economy (or effective ways of murdering it) to Social Justice reform. Very few if any I agree with or endorse, but some law makers that are in a position to do something about this overreach are making the necessary moves.

A South Dakota Representative is putting forth a House Bill in the State House that will allow for the oversight of Presidential Executive Orders/Actions to meet the test of Constitutionality and adhere to the limitations accompanying the motion.

It would be a necessary check on the federal government that more states should adopt to stop this or any future President from ruling from behind the desk and not through Congress.
