QUICK 15-20 MIN HOME WORKOUT TO STAY HEALTHY

-Pushups to Shoulder Taps (7-12 Reps)
-Toe Touches - [Left - Right - Middle = 1 Rep] (7-12 Reps)
-Dips (7-12 Reps)
-Pike Handstand Pushups (7-12 Reps)
(Repeat 3x) - Rest 30-1 minute between exercises.
