Civic Responsibilities- Under A Corrupt Leader and Rigged Power Structure VII

Breastplate of Righteousness. Righteousness refers to our acting out of His Truth in our daily decisions. What we do shows what we believe and know.

Shoes readiness which comes from the Gospel of Peace. Peace is not pacifism. Pacifism is not ideology. Temple is a prophetic action. He is not wimpy. Being a carpenter, He is muscular. It is a peace that surpasses all understanding. It is a movement to action to the will of the Father.

Shield of faith extinguishes the darts of the evil one. Faith gives rise to hope. Hope is demonstrated in charity. Faith, hope, charity extinguish the darts of the evil one. It drives away despair and fear main arrows of Satan. Unforgiveness is evidence of dominion of Satan in some measure.

Helmet of Salvation, knowing our destiny as followers, renews our mind to Truth. We do not get distracted by the present age but keep our mind focused our eternal destiny. We get a better measure of what to do with our telos in mind. Restoration of thought life from understanding of salvation through Christ.

Sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. Meditating on the Sacred Scriptures, the word of God, Lectio Divina, is essential to know and follow the Word of God, Legos. Many ways to listen to Sacred Scripture. Easy access to the Bible. Ask the Lord, he will tell you.

Praying at all times in the Spirit, Fruits: (speaking in tongues, prophecy, words of knowledge, …,) Gifts of the Spirit (wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord) from baptism we have been sealed with all of the power and authority all that is necessary to follow Christ.

Living in the Sprit active union, changes one’s life, ability demonstrate heavenly love to those who haven’t seen it. Others can see the freedom given by living in the Spirit.

Being so equipped allows us to be alert, ready preserving at all times and thus be able to pray for other believers (saints) to stand firm. Our personal witness sustains the Church.

Tendency to make the Lord in our image. The church keeps us granted in His reality, not our preferences. Put on armor of God, know I particular circumstance what concrete action to do. It is freeing, operate from right heart and mind. Not from a place of fear. With pandemic, such a prevalence of fear corrupting life of people. God invites us to be free from fear.

Masks been used through centuries as a form of control for slaves. We have been freed; we are not slaves. Purchased at a great price.

VII. Choices to Corrupt Regimes
A. Leave vote with feet. This works for a time.
B. Condition mind to not see the horrors. Accept overlord’s (installed leader, selected not elected) narrative.
C. Underground resistance. Full Armor of God, nourishes the strength needed to be a digital soldier or citizen journalist. To me this is the most noble civic minded choice.
D. Choice is yours. This choice affects you and others. Choose wisely. Some choices are impossible to undo without Divine Assistance.
