Should we believe those who claim to be prophets today?

Does God still send prophets in our time or are we only suppose to believe prophets from the Bible?

Should we be skeptical and test them or even just remain ignorant about them?

Kim Clement gave over 16 prophecies about Donald Trump that have all come true since 2007. There are more. What are they? For what reason would God want us to know our immediate future?
