Joe Biden’s inaugural address was about unity, how he was going to bring the country back together and be the president for all Americans.
Of course, a team of speech writers wrote it for him as for all presidential speeches - all presidential speeches except the ones given by President Donald J. Trump who rarely gave a speech as written.
