Panelist bios:

Justin Rice
Virginia State Director, Republican National Committee Trump Victory

Justin Rice currently serves as the Republican National Committee’s Virginia State Director, managing statewide election operations for President Trump and down-ballot Republican Congressional candidates.
In addition to his work for the Republican National Committee, Justin brings considerable experience managing campaigns, field programs, and non-profit operations. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, Justin currently resides in Richmond, VA.

Susan Lascolette
State Central Committee, Republican Party of Virginia
Chair, Goochland Cty. Bd. of Supervisors

Susan Lascolette is a member of the Republican Party of Virginia’s State Central Committee and Chair of the Goochland County Board of Supervisors. A veteran conservative activist, Susan is a founder and long-time Secretary of the Virginia Tea Party (formerly the Virginia Tea Party Patriots Federation). She resides in Goochland, Virginia.

John O'Bannon
State Board of Elections
Fmr. Delegate, Virginia’s 73rd House District

John O’Bannon is currently the lone Republican member of the State Board of Elections, which oversees statewide election planning and the Virginia Department of Elections. Previously, he served in the Virginia General Assembly as the Delegate representing Virginia’s 73rd House District. John, a physician, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, and lives in Henrico County, VA with his wife Patricia.
