INERTIAL REACTION WHEEL PROPELLING BOAT with MAGNET and NO FIN

The fin has been removed from the reaction wheel boat and instead a permanent magnet has been fixed to the boat.

Much like turning a magnet to make the boat swing to each side this boat turns side to side from the reaction wheel and the magnet does the rest (acting like a compass needle).
