M&P-15 Sport: Iron Sight Zero

How to zero iron sights on a semi-automatic, sporting rifle. Originally lensed in October, 2014 after the purchase of my first civilian rifle following 23-years as a combat Soldier. I put my military experience behind the instruction, but please excuse the rambling. I had several "TBI moments" where my memory lapsed in mid-sentence. It's all there, though.
