TOTAL FAIL: Lawyers Grade Lead Impeachment Manager Rep. Raskin's Legal Argument

The left's ignorance of the Constitution is on full display as Lead Impeachment Manager Representative Jamie Raskin (MD-8) pushes for former President Trump to testify in his own defense during his unconstitutional Senate impeachment trial. Raskin’s request is the complete opposite of standard practice at federal criminal trials. Normally, defendants have a Fifth Amendment right not to testify and jurors are instructed they can’t hold it against anyone who declines to take the witness stand.
