House Hacking: How To Live For Free (or almost)

In this video I break down how I went from paying $1,100 a month in rent, to having tenants help pay for an asset that I own. I will explain how I got into real estate investing, how I purchased first property, how I find and pick my tenants, and how I run my numbers.

For some insight: I own a 2 unit building where I live in the top unit and I rent out the bottom unit.
