'What's that?': New downtown Denver hotel to open in 2021 at old Emily Griffith School campus

The redevelopment of the old Emily Griffith Opportunity School campus is on track to be complete by third quarter (late Summer) of this year. In 2019, Denver-based Stonebridge Companies, a development firm, announced plans to turn the old campus into a hotel and retail space.
