RJL News with John Mutton - Ex Mayor of Clarington, ON

This is the first RJL News segment. I had the chance to sit down with John Mutton. At the age of 34 John became mayor of Clarington and was one of the youngest mayor in Canada. He was in office from 1997-2006. He is the President and CEO of the consulting firm Municipal Solutions.

We speak about the difficulties he faced coming back to Canada after being stuck in Poland for 32 days due to the COVID-19 lockdowns. How difficult it is to deal with Immigration Canada and the current state of all levels of government.
