Smartmatic Files Lawsuit Against Fox News

Fox News is being sued by the Election Technology Company, Smartmatic, for $2.7 billion in damages.

The lawsuit also targets Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell who made the case for election fraud while representing President Trump. The complaint is requesting a trial and argues that Powell and Giuliani created a false narrative about Smartmatic, and that Fox joined the conspiracy to “defame” Smartmatic and its election software.
