Phase 2 of federal unemployment rollout could still take weeks in Colorado

Colorado Department of Labor and Employment officials said Thursday the department still does not have a firm date on when it will start the second phase of the federal extended unemployment benefits rollout, adding that they were hopeful it would begin by the end of February.
