Ingredients:

170 g Spanish chorizo

600g potato slice into cubes

1 large onion

4 cloves garlic

1 cup slice tomato

2 large bell pepper

1/2 tsp chili flakes

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp groun black pepper

2 pcs bay leaf

1/ cup red wine

600 ml water
