Stupid Angry People!

Book review about philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer on how to deal with stupid and angry people, how those stupid angry people view others as they see themselves. This is the case when “representatives” make laws.... aren’t they making laws to act against people who they fear will do the very things they are doing? I believe, This philosopher would say so.
