In February 1942, Mao Zedong launched the three-year-long Rectification Campaign within the Communist Party of China, encouraging people who worked together for years to turn in each other as "spies". But it was really a tactic to terrorize all, to tear apart trust among one another.

Today, we see Democratic party members and the left increasingly use the tactic of 'critical race theory' and 'cancel culture' to turn against Americans. Biden Defense Secretary ordered military-wide stand-downs to get rid of 'extremists and racists'. Is this a new form of 'catching spies', where the true intention is really to terrorize everyone?
