Rescue kitty persistently interrupts work to cuddle.

Loki, the kitten, only wants some snuggles. Problem is, someone needs to work to keep Loki living in the lap of luxury.

Working from home may be the norm now, but animals of the feline variety don't always understand why it is not snuggle-time. Cats may have the reputation of being very independent, but the truth is they secretly want to snuggle and be loved. (Granted, they expect it to occur on demand, and under their strict guidelines.)

Loki is a 3-month-old rescue kitten who was born with a kinked tail. The end of his tail resembles the letter “Z.” It does not cause him any problems; it only makes him unique. He earned his name as he is a very mischievous kitten.

Watch this video to see how Loki responds to being gently put aside, repeatedly, during work-time. Persistent little bugger! Watch to see how the owner finally gives in to Loki.

Did I mention that this happens every single day?

Loki is content to curl up on the desk in front of the computer's keyboard, but there is a problem. By doing this, he makes typing less efficient, so he is carefully put aside. Loki isn't having any of it – he comes right back to curl up again. Repeatedly he is moved, and repeatedly he comes back. He is not above begging and looks up with pleading puppy-dog eyes (or I should say, “kitty-cat eyes”.) Eventually, he wears his owner (a.k.a. his serf) down and receives the much-deserved snuggles he deserves.

Little does Loki know, he provided at least as much comfort as he received. Having a bad day? Grab a cat and all is well!

Answer this, please: Who is really in charge? Owner or cat?
