Parler CEO John Matze Fired and Florida Governor DeSantis Reigns In Big Tech Censorship

Parler may be on its last legs as the board has relieved CEO John Matze of his duties. It's a shame as Matze was and is a vocal and active supporter of Free Speech and critic of censorship of all kinds. Hopefully the platform can rebound, but this is another blow that could also be a sign of life as well.

Someone with power who will not stand idly by as Big Tech acts as a Cartel to smother out dissenters is the Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. He has an ambitious piece of legislation to protect those seeking public office from being deplatformed by the same group of companies that seemingly snuffed out Parler.
