- Group Results By: Vaccine Type
- Add By: Event Category
- Add By: Age
- Add By: VAERS ID
- Add By: None
- Under Optional Measures check the box "Adverse Event Description"

4) Under section "3. Select Vaccine characteristics:"
- click the search tab
- enter COVID19 in the first line and select search
- select COVID19 (COVID19 VACCINE)

5) Under section "5. Select other event characteristics:"
- multi select main categories like "Death, Life Threatening, Permanent Disability, Hospitalized, Emergency Room,..
