The advice I gave to young runners applies to all aspects of life, no matter what the challenge, goal, competition, etc. is: "If you can see them, you can catch them." With courage, confidence, knowledge, and understanding of pace, this advice for runners applies to anyone in pursuit of goals, solutions and dreams.
