Kenneth C. McNeill, the National Guard chief information officer and director of the Command, Control, Communications & Computers (C4) Systems Directorate, is the principal advisor to the Chief of the National Guard Bureau on all matters pertaining to C4, information technology, information sharing and information management. The National Guard has been requested to continue supporting federal law enforcement agencies with security, communications, medical evacuation, logistics, and safety support to state, district and federal agencies through mid-March.
