Negotiations continue between teachers unions and city officials

Officials on the local, state and federal levels are all weighing in on the best way for schools to reopen. One America's Stephanie Myers spoke with former California teacher and former union representative Rebecca Friedrichs about the negotiations as well as concerns from both sides.
