This is Raw Thrills' first VR game and motion ride; the latter is a very popular class of games in the amusement industry that you might have seen before with the likes of the Typhoon or Mad Wave Motion Theater. This has no ties to the upcoming Godzilla Vs. Kong movie, being it's own unique entry into the King Kong series.
