Battery Tab Spot-weld Testing 0.1 mm Nickel

Spot-weld testing some 0.1 mm thick nickel battery tab strip. Weld energy from less than 20 joules to over 100 joules tested. With a constant tip pressure provided by my motorized weld head project.
